Take Steps to Protect Yourself from Fraud: Update Your Contact Information
When you move or change your contact information, make sure that your Credit Union is one of the first places you tell! Credit Union staff uses your account address to send important account notifications, fraud alerts, and even reissued credit cards. By keeping your phone number up to date, you can ensure that we can contact you in the case of suspicious account activity. Don’t let someone else get their hands on your financial information.
Update your account information in one of the following two ways:
- Online: to change your contact information online, log into Internet Account Access from our home page, and then click on “Options.” The “Account Actions” box will appear. Select “Change Address,” enter your new address/phone number in the designated fields, and then click on “Submit.”
- In Person: to change your contact information in person, simply visit any of our branch locations.
For your security, we cannot change contact information over the phone. We can, however, answer any questions that you may have when you call 586.263.8800, option 6.
