Lost or Stolen Debit/Credit Cards

If your Michigan Schools and Government Credit Union debit or credit card has been lost or stolen, please call one of the numbers below as soon as the loss or theft is discovered. The quickest way to effectively block the use of your card is to call the numbers below. Please do not send an e-mail if you have experienced a loss or theft of your MSGCU debit or credit card.

During Business Hours:
Please call the MSGCU Main Office at 586.263.8800, option 6.

After Hours (including weekends):
Please begin by calling 1.800.991.4965 and then 1.866.263.1199 and follow the audio prompts.

If you are out of the country and need to report a lost or stolen card, please call 727.227.2447.
