How much does it cost to use your bill payment service?
Michigan Schools and Government Credit Union's Online Bill Pay service is completely free!
What do I need to make electronic payments?
All you need is our free Online Banking service, and an MSGCU checking account.
How do I sign up for bill pay?
To sign up for MSGCU's secure, electronic bill payment service, you will first need to sign up for our free Online Banking service. View the Bill Pay demo to see how easy it is to manage your bills online!
What bills can I pay?
You can make payments to any individual or business that you would send a check to. You can also pay bills right away or schedule a payment to go out on a specific day or at regular intervals.
When are the bills sent?
You are able to schedule when your payment will be sent. You can schedule payments days, weeks, or months in advance. You will never miss a due date againl
When is the service available?
Online Bill Pay is available anytime and anywhere there is an Internet connection—24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How do I track my payments?
You can create reports that will help you manage and track your payments.
Can I do expedited payments?
Yes. Expedited payments are available for last-minute, same-day, and next-day payments to anyone in the continental United States. This option is part of our program, but it does come with a nominal fee.
