Our personal loans have a minimum repayment period of 1 month and a maximum repayment period of 72 months. The Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for a personal loan is 23.519%.
Please review our loan cost example: Consider a loan where the borrower receives $5,000 at an APR of 9.00% over 36 months. The borrower would repay $159.04 every month. The total amount paid for the loan would be $5,725.26.

This app is great and convenient, but sometimes it locks me out with a message that I can't even read all the way that seems to be explaining that it won't let me log in because of something to do with other apps that are open. When this happens the app doesn't provide me with any assistance or solutions to log back in and sometimes it does this for days. Closing other apps, restarting my phone, and reinstalling the app doesn't help. I don't find any useful info when I try to troubleshoot this

I like the app... It maybe needs an interface upgrade... But one thing I never quite grasped was when I tried to set up recurring payments on the app I had to type in the number 3 somewhere in the setup and I don't know if this is an app thing or if this is a credit union thing but... It seems like it would just be much easier to put a button on the app that says set up recurring payments then have you pick the date you want the money to come out of your account.. overall it's a pretty good app

I like the nee features, but there is room for much improvement and efficiency. What's the purpose of alerts that don't appear in your private email and customers must log into the app. The quick balance feature only gives partial info and no details about the current transaction. MSGCU is trying to be safe with our private info but at the sacrifices of convenience.
