Statements Arriving Soon
1/24/2024 Update
We appreciate your patience during our statement vendor’s operational disruption, which resulted in a delay of month-end and quarter-end statement delivery. There has been positive progress with statement processing, and we are pleased to share the following.
- Printed month-end, quarter-end, credit card and mortgage statements are in the mail and will arrive consistent with standard postal mail delivery timeframes.
- eStatements are processing and will be available soon.
- Tax statements are confirmed to be in process and are expected to be sent by the January 31 deadline.
eStatement users will receive the standard notification via email that a document is available for viewing.
If you would like to review your transaction history and year-end information in the meantime, there are several options available and we are here to help.
Self-service options
- View transaction history in Online and Mobile Banking. If you don’t currently have it set up, you can register online, visit a branch, or contact the call center for assistance.
- Access Year-End Information in Online Banking. Log in, select Accounts, then Year End Summary (note this is not available in the MSGCU Mobile App).
- View payment history, amounts due, and make a payment in Online and Mobile Banking.
Call MSGCU, visit a branch, make an appointment at any branch
- Review transaction history with a MSGCU team member
- Print statements from November or earlier at any of our branch offices.
