Pay my Auto & other MSGCU Loans Pay my MSGCU Visa Credit Card
To make a payment, log into MSGCU QuickPay using your Account Number and Loan ID. And don't forget, there are many other ways for our members to make loan payments on time every month, including in person, online, or over the phone.
1. What information do I need in order to log in/register to MSGCU QuickPay?
All you need is your MSGCU Member Account number and Loan ID for your consumer loan and/or mortgage loan.
2. What if I don't know my Member Account number?
Your member number is located on the member ID card you were issued at the time you opened your MSGCU account. If you are unable to locate your member ID card and wish to obtain a replacement, you may do so in person at any branch location or by calling the credit union to request a new member ID card be mailed to the address listed on your account. To request a replacement card by phone, please contact an MSGCU Representative at 586.263.8800 or 866.674.2848. For security reasons, we cannot disclose account numbers over the phone.
3. What if I don't know my Consumer Loan ID or Mortgage Loan ID?
Your consumer loan ID number is located on your monthly statement or on the original loan paperwork you were issued at the time you opened your MSGCU loan. On your statement, the ID is the two-digit number that is located just before the name of the loan. When logging in, you do not need to use any preceding zeros for your account number or Loan ID.
Example of Consumer Loan Login: Account – 12345678 Loan ID – 1 or 12
Your mortgage loan ID number consists of your Member Account number (see previous question) followed by two extra digits found on your monthly statement, on the original loan paperwork you were issued at the time you opened your MSGCU loan, and in Online Banking. On your statement, these extra digits are on the end of the truncated number that is located under the Mortgage Accounts section.
Example of Mortgage Loan Login: Account – 12345678 Loan ID – 1234567812
If you are unable to locate a monthly statement or your original loan paperwork for your loan ID number, you may request copies in person at any branch location or by calling an MSGCU Representative at 586.263.8800 or 866.674.2848. Loan ID numbers can be disclosed over the phone, but only if the member already knows their account number.
4. How much does it cost to use your MSGCU QuickPay service?
The fees for using the MSGCU QuickPay service vary depending on the selected method of payment. Please see the "Payment Processing Fees" section of our Fee Schedule for details.
5. What loans can I pay using MSGCU QuickPay?
Through MSGCU QuickPay, you are able to make payments on any loan that you have with the credit union. This includes mortgages, personal loans, auto loans, VISA credit cards, and more.
To make a payment to your MSGCU VISA Credit Card, click on “Pay my MSGCU Classic or Titanium VISA Card”
To make a payment to any other MSGCU loan, including auto, mortgage, personal, etc., click “Pay my other MSGCU Loans”
6. What payment methods can I use with MSGCU QuickPay?
To pay your MSGCU VISA card, you can transfer funds from any non-MSGCU checking or savings account, using the routing and account number.
For all other loans — such as auto, mortgage, or personal loans — you can not only transfer funds from another financial institution, but you can also use a non-MSGCU debit or credit card with the MasterCard or Discover logos or a debit card with the VISA logo. MSGCU QuickPay does not accept American Express or Visa Credit Card payments.
7. What if I have multiple loans that I need to make payments on?
You can use MSGCU QuickPay to make payments on all of your MSGCU loans. However, for each loan you will need to go through the registration process to select a unique username for each loan. So, if you have multiple loans to pay using QuickPay, you will end up having multiple usernames.
8. Can I use MSGCU QuickPay to make a payment from my MSGCU savings or checking account?
If you want to make a payment using funds in your MSGCU savings or checking account, you can use our Online Banking system to make a FREE loan payment. You may also call our Call Center at 586.263.8800 and ask to make a payment from your MSGCU account.

Yes. Using the "Desired Payment Date," you may schedule one-time payments to be made within the next 30 days from the current payment date. You can also set up weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payments with MSGCU QuickPay.
Once your loan is paid off, please be sure you log in to QuickPay to cancel any scheduled recurring payments.
10. Can I make extra payments with MSGCU QuickPay?
In a given month, you are able to pay more toward your MSGCU loan; however, the due date of your next payment will remain the same. Any extra funds paid in a given month will be applied to your balance, but members will still need to make their required payment the following month.
11. When will my payment be posted?
