Biljana T. - Branch Manager Joining MSGCU is 2011, Biljana brought more than 10 years of experience in the financial industry. Since then she has worked at several branch locations including Chesterfield, Shelby Township, Warren, and is now leading the Sterling Heights team. With a degree in business management from St. Kliment Ohridski University and extensive customer service experience, Biljana loves helping people and supporting the community. Michael Z. - Assistant Branch Manager Michael has over six years of banking experience, joining MSGCU in 2019 as the Branch Service Specialist at Sterling Heights. He holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Walsh College. Michael is trilingual and often volunteers with the Chaldean community, translating documents and helping with their day-to-day tasks. The Sterling Heights branch team presented the MSGCU Giving Back donation to the Chaldean Community Foundation (CCF). The donation will directly support the foundation’s mission and enhance educational opportunities for families. Additionally, the funds will be matched and will contribute to the Michigan Central Station Children's Foundation Endowment Fund; an initiative that CCF is honored to be part of.
