1. How much does it cost to use your bill payment service?
For your personal accounts, MSGCU's Online Bill Pay service is completely free! For business accounts, there is a small monthly fee.

4. What bills can I pay?
You can make payments to any individual or business that you would send a check to. You can also pay bills right away or schedule a payment to go out on a specific day or at regular intervals.

5. When are the bills sent?
You are able to schedule when your payment will be sent. You can schedule payments days, weeks, or months in advance. You will never miss a due date again!

6. When is the service available?
Online Bill Pay is available anytime and anywhere there is an Internet connection—24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

8. Can I do expedited payments?
Yes. Expedited payments are available for last-minute, same-day, and next-day payments to anyone in the continental United States. This option is part of our program, but it does come with a nominal fee.

1. Can I set up recurring payments using Mobile Bill Pay?
No, members can only set up one-time payments using the Mobile App. If you would like to make automatic/recurring payments, please log in to your MSGCU online banking account and select “Bill Pay.” To view the complete process, visit our Online Bill Pay demo.

3. What devices are compatible with the MSGCU mobile app?
Bill Pay is available with Apple and Android phones and tablets.

4. How do you stop or cancel a scheduled bill payment?
You can cancel the scheduled payment via Mobile Bill Pay before 4 p.m. EST. After 4 p.m., you can cancel the scheduled bill payment by signing into online banking and selecting “Bill Pay.” If you want to cancel a payment with an “in process” status, please contact an MSGCU Representative at 866.674.2848.

5. Can I add a payee using the MSGCU mobile and tablet app?
Payee(s) are set up using our free Online Banking service. If you don’t have Online Bill Pay set up, you will have to create an account through Online Banking at msgcu.org and select “Bill Pay” to set up the payee(s).

6. What functions are available from Mobile Bill Pay?
You can schedule a payment, review pending payments, cancel or update pending payments, and also view your transaction history.
