Chas Lietaert has been helping homebuyers achieve their goals since 2020, bringing experience in both mortgage lending and title services. Prior to joining the mortgage industry, he spent more than a decade working at universities and developed a strong commitment to serving others. These diverse experiences have helped him successfully guide hundreds of borrowers through the home financing process.
“I want to build lasting relationships with members and become their trusted mortgage resource,” explains Chas. “Purchasing or refinancing a home is one of life's biggest financial decisions and I am dedicated to providing guidance, support, and advocacy from application through closing.”

Chas earned a bachelor's degree from Central Michigan University and a master's degree from North Dakota State University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, a local middle school math teacher, and their four energetic children.
