Being your financial champion means being flexible to your banking needs. In Online and Mobile Banking you can customize how we communicate with you, including options for:
- Document Deliveries — Prefer mailed statements but electronic notices? It’s your choice! Once you’re enrolled in eStatements, you can update your delivery preferences for statements, notices, and tax forms. Click eStatement from under the Accounts dropdown menu and create or update your User Profile.
- Marketing Opt-Ins — Be the first to know about MSGCU's news, special offers, and more with emails and texts from MSGCU. Visit the Marketing Preference Center under the Tools & Services dropdown menu to opt in for email, text, or mail marketing.
You can also speak to any MSGCU Representative to update your preferences.
