See your full transfer history in one place
- You can now view all external transfer activity past and upcoming right from the Transfer Activity page. Quickly access transfers from the last four weeks, load older history when needed, and see clear messages when there’s nothing to show. Everything stays organized in one convenient place.
Duplicate transfer warning
- You’ll now receive a duplicate transfer alert if a transfer looks like it may be submitted twice. This added check helps you catch potential duplicates before they’re processed, giving you extra confidence every time you move money.
Login security that fits you
- You now have the option to receive a one-time PIN (OTP) every time you log in. When enabled, you can turn this setting on or off anytime in Profile & Security, giving you more flexibility in how you protect your account.
Direct deposit forms, automatically filled
- You can now download direct deposit forms with your account information already filled in, helping you avoid mistakes and complete forms faster.
For access via Online Banking:
• The following browsers support TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 protocols, which are required to securely log into Online Banking: Microsoft Internet Explorer 11+ (Version 9+ is capable but you’ll need to enable TLS 1.1/1.2), Google Chrome Version 22+, Mozilla Firefox Version 27+, Opera Version 12.18+, Safari Version 7+, Android Version 5.0+or another similar Internet Browser that supports SSL encryption, and 128-bit encryption.
• It is important to note: Windows Vista and XP systems that use Internet Explorer as their browser will not have the ability to support TLS 1.1 & 1.2. In order to access Online Banking, you will need to install another browser such as Chrome or FireFox to access Online Banking.
• An IBM-compatible or Apple personal computer, operating system, and tele-communications connections to the Internet that will support the programs mentioned above
• Sufficient electronic storage capacity on your hard drive or other storage medium, or a printer that is capable of printing from your Internet Browser
• An email application that will support HTML formatted emails
For access via Mobile Banking:
• MSGCU’s Mobile Banking App is compatible with iPhone and iPad that are iOS 11.0 or higher, Android devices that are Android OS version 5.0 or higher; and Apple Watch devices that are WatchOS 2 or higher.
• MSGCU’s Mobile Banking App must be downloaded to your device from your preferred app store. Downloading the MSGCU mobile app is free, but your wireless provider’s messaging and data rates may apply.
• Sufficient electronic storage capacity on your hard drive or other storage medium.
• An email application that will support HTML formatted emails.
