1. What is Mobile Banking?
MSGCU’s iOS and Android Apps are free Mobile Banking applications for the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, and any device using Google’s Android operating system. These Apps are optimized for use with the specific device that they are downloaded to.

The iOS App and Android App are provided as a free service to MSGCU members.

3. Are MSGCU’s Mobile Banking Apps secure?
Yes. MSGCU uses TLS encryption to communicate securely with all services. MSGCU always uses state-of the-art security measures to protect your data, no matter how you access your accounts.

4. What functionality is available for the Mobile Banking App?
You can view your balances, your transaction history, and images of cleared checks. You can make a deposit using Remote Deposit, pay a bill using Mobile Bill Pay, or transfer funds within your account. You can also use the App to find a nearby ATM or branch location.

5. Do I need a username and a password?
Yes, you will use the same username and password you have for MSGCU's Online Banking.

6. What if I am not enrolled in Online Banking?
Enrollment in MSGCU’s Online Banking is required to use the app. In order to enroll, go to our home page, and choose "New User" in the Log In screen. Our How To Guide explains in detail how to get started.

7. What’s the process to log into my account using the iOS or Android App?
The login process for the iOS or Android App is similar to Online Banking. On the Login screen within the App, simply enter your account number or User ID and your password. The password is the same as your Online Banking password. Click the Login button to complete the process.

8. How does App help me find an ATM in MSGCU’s network?
Select Find ATM from the Home screen. The App allows you to use your device’s GPS function and display the locations of the branches and ATMs closest to your location. You can then select a location and receive driving directions.
